REFY launched in November 2020 by two leading female entrepreneurs, Jess Hunt and Jenna Meek. The brand was created to make people confident enough to celebrate themselves and embrace their natural beauty with innovative and versatile products.
Our goal is to offer simplicity into the beauty world. Innovation is at the heart of REFY. Our world’s first creators are designed to solve problems, simplify routine and redefine beauty. We pride ourselves in ensuring all our products are created for everyone through adaptable and buildable collections.

Designed with soft, neutral interiors and light-filled open spaces, the office encourages creativity, collaboration, and connection. A mixture of open-plan working areas, meeting rooms, quiet spaces, and a creative boardroom creates an environment that feels both modern and welcoming — making REFY HQ more than just a workplace, but a space where ideas and innovation thrive.

Since launching in Selfridges in 2021, REFY has continued to expand its retail presence across the UK and globally, partnering with leading retailers across Europe, the Middle East, and the US. Designed to reflect REFY’s clean, elevated aesthetic, our retail spaces create a seamless and welcoming shopping experience that brings the brand to life in a physical setting.
